Watch out for fake websites

Hi everyone, little bit of news here I'm posting for Coroner.

Do not login to any supposed "steam" websites that anyone sends you anywhere. The only place you should enter your steam information is from the steam.exe, There are many fake websites like steamcommunityns . com (http://www.steamcommunityns.com/) that offer you something like a free game and tell you to login to your steam account, when you do it steals your username and password then someone logs in and changes your password, and sends the link to everyone on your steam friends again. They are doing this because they don't want to pay for a steam account with games.. The above site got coroner and they tried to get mine, but ive had many links like that sent me to, so i reported it to the host. and had them shutdown the website.

Thanks Murph. I got caught last night and wasn't able to get back until Steam reset my password. Be careful folks.

Another thing you should do is make sure your steam Contact email is verified. All you have to do is go to the steam program, go to settings and there should be a button saying like Verify Steam Contact Email or something of that assort.
