maybe the bottom of the fence was broken already so he just ran right through it, and it came back down and it looked like a regular fence

I agree Monkeys....I think the bottom of the fence was not attached to anything, so he went right through it. The cop probably could have done the same thing and stayed with the pursuit. No ghost car!

That's creepy..

The fence not being attached at the bottom can't be right, the cops can't be that stupid. They would have checked.

Plus if you look you can see the tail lights fade away.. That's trippy. Would be one crazy prank if that's what it is.
