If you have the game in your account, then I don't think you have to rebuy it...just redownload it. If you never had the game....of course you (cute silly goose) you have to buy it :D

ok if u still have ur same steam account, u can just redownload css once u download steam from the internetz. if u dont, u have to buy it again, but hey its only $19.99 =/
