I just got to thinking....when I use my free upgrade to windows 7 will I still be able to d/l counter strike off steam again for free or I am going to have to pay for it again? Just curious.

once you have a steam account with your games, you can take them with you whenever, wherever. If you ever have to upgrade your computer entirely such as buy a new one, all you will have to do is redownload your games. You do not have to repurchase them.

so in other words...FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!

Trig iz correct. I built up a new 'puter a couple of months ago - installed Steam & then had to remember my account name and password but it downloaded CSS with no probalems. I did move over the old config file tho, 'cause I had a couple of keys set for admin commands on my server...
